Presidential Library named after Boris Yeltsin on the history and development of the Russian state. On the example of the scientific library of the Pacific National University the authors illustrate how to create a digital collection "Russia and APEC. Far East as part of cooperation between Russia and the Asia-Pacific region" on the occasion of the APEC summit (Russia, Vladivostok, September 2 – 9).
